PGS: Essential Components for Success

• Common language and understanding good teaching for administrators and teachers
• Observation techniques are calibrated and share between administrators, support teachers and participating teachers
• Effective coaching techniques that support, engage, and impact teacher performance in the classroom
• Twice a year the Review Panel meets to review the support provided to the participating teachers by the PGS support teachers
