LCAP Overview
What is the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP)?
The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) is a three-year plan that outlines how our district is using state funding to improve student outcomes. It focuses on ensuring all students, especially those who are English learners, low-income, or foster youth, receive the support they need to succeed.
Why It Matters
The LCAP is more than just a plan. It's our community's shared vision for student success. It helps us
- Set goals to improve academic achievement, student engagement, school climate, and access to programs.
- Measure our progress using state and local data.
- Allocate resources to programs and services that make a difference for students.
How It’s Created
We work closely with parents, students, teachers, and other educational partners throughout the year to shape the LCAP. Their feedback helps us understand what’s working, what needs to improve, and where we should focus next.
How You Can Get Involved
Your voice matters! Join one of our parent meetings, advisory groups, or take our LCAP survey to help us build a plan that reflects our community's needs.
