Dear RUSD In-person program Families,
First and foremost, we are thrilled with our first week back at school. Elementary schools were decorated, excitement was in the air, and parents were grateful for the opening of our schools. It was a great first day of school for those in the in-person hybrid program.
As Riverside County continues to move in a positive direction with adjusted COVID case rates, it is anticipated that the criteria to open secondary schools will be met March 16. Recognizing this downward trend, in all likelihood, students will return to campus on Monday, March 29. Additionally, elementary schools would be able to transition to phase 3 with the 2-day hybrid schedule beginning March 29.
